Data were analysed using correlation technique. The study's empirical findings demonstrated a significant and strong relationship between AI applications, specifically the use of robotics and machine learning, and the labour turnover at IVM. Consequently, it was suggested that IVM should implement AI technologies, such as robotics, to gain a competitive edge and reduce employee turnover.
